Kitchen Land Store is owned and operated by Kitchen Land.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and unaltered
  • Be returned with original packaging, if available
  • Not be damaged due to misuse after delivery

3. Eligible Return Reasons

We may accept returns or refunds if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from the description

Returns for personal preference may be accepted depending on the condition of the item.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Modified or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items without proof of purchase

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (defective, damaged, wrong item), we cover return shipping
  • If it is due to customer preference, the customer may pay return shipping

We do not charge restocking fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
